深圳南山荔枝

深圳南山荔枝果实肉嫩如水,洁白透明,滑爽无比,汁多而甜,食后余味无穷。以其种植历史悠久、风味独特、品质优良而闻名遐迩。南山荔枝果园面积达2.6万亩,是深圳荔枝的主产区,同时,南山荔枝也是优质荔枝产品的代名词。南山的气候、土壤使得荔枝果实皮薄、肉脆、味道甜美,深受人们的喜爱。

        南山荔枝有两个显著的特点:一日老,二日好。老,指其种植历史悠久。早在唐宋时期即为征集对象,经抗战时期日本侵略的砍伐和七十年代当作资本主义被迫割掉以及特区建设需要被迫砍掉,至今仍存百岁古树600余棵,50年以上老树2.6万棵,最老之一的大南山上的几十棵150余年尚枝繁叶茂、几代同堂、产果近各的古树了。说其好,是指品质好。现存荔枝中,八成以上为桂味荔枝糯米糍。桂味堪称荔枝中的极品。南山半岛独特的地理生态环境为荔枝的生长提供了丰富的微量元素和含氯;西南季候风;使得南、山荔枝具有与众不同的独特风味。随着深圳经济特区的开发建设和农村城市化,农业可用空间越来越少,为保护南山荔枝这一传统名牌产品,早在八十年代,深圳市人民政府办公厅即以深府办复[1985]451号,关于加强保护南山荔枝的通知;和深府办[1988]1302号,关于加强特区内荔枝树管理的通知;让南山荔枝在高楼林立的深圳经济特区顽强生存并迅速发展。

         近年来。南山荔枝在华南农业大学众多专家教授的指导下,在继承传统种植方式的基础上,探索出一套科学的种植技术;如幼龄荔枝螺旋环剥、喷施含氯液面肥等,产量可比对照提高20—40%,在品质方面,可溶性固形物;均在22度以上,比周边地区同类品种高出1—1.5个百分点。

                                     
         日啖荔枝三百颗,不辞长作岭南人。为让更多的人享用这一贡品,尽享南山荔枝的甘甜,深圳市南山区人民政府每年都举办;南山荔枝品尝会;。并自1999年始举办,深圳南山荔枝旅游周,至2005年已历六届,对推广深圳旅游及南山荔枝品牌产生了良好影响。
